Tracey says, "This was such a lovely commission piece as it was based on photos from a loch in Aberdeenshire. As my husband is from the East coast of Scotland, the Scottish landscapes are both familiar to me and much loved and I poured these sentiments into the piece. The lovely couple asked for 4 thistles instead of butterflies to represent their family of four and it was a joy to weave these into the piece as if it was a game of hide and seek."
