Tracey says "Me Time is essential! I need time by myself to regroup, recharge and refocus. It doesn't need to be for long but I know this is something that I have to cultivate as part of my every day. Being amongst nature really helps me to escape for a bit and losing myself in flowers is the ultimate for me, a sensory overload in all the right way."
